PROPERTY SERVICES PLUS reserves the right to terminate the provision of the Property Services Plus service or any part thereof without notice or reason.

• To our insurers, surveyors, sub-contractors or agents to the extent that they require your personal information in order that we may provide the services you have requested,
• To our auditors, compliance advisers and to any regulatory authority to which we are subject,
• To third party suppliers who will inform you of any products/services, which we think, may be of interest to you. The following information will be provided to third party suppliers: name, e-mail address. Please click on the relevant box if you do not wish to be contacted by other third party suppliers, when asked.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions and any matter relating to the site are governed by Northern Ireland Law and the Northern Ireland Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them.
