An information evening was held recently in the Salmon Leap Coleraine to inform potential investors of the commercial property opportunities available.
The main speaker of the evening was John Greene of the Greene Financial practice, Belfast. A full turnkey investment package was unveiled as the main interest of the evening utilising personal and pension investment opportunities.
Property Services Plus on UTV - 8- August 2005
Property Services Plus have just finished filming with UTV's Home Sweet Home programme with Lynda Bryans and Mike Nesbitt. The programme will air in March 9th 2006 - and will show how Property Services Plus dealt with a client relocating from South England to Northern Ireland, right from the start of the process when the client was furnished with details of their chosen area - council details, area details, church and school details - all those important issues on which knowledge is vital to allow relocation with confidence.
Our client was supplied with a portfolio of properties from which approx 10 where shortlisted and after arranging for a short visit to her chosen area we made target viewing appointments to visit 3 properties. The programme follows us from start to finish - tune in to see us early next year.
